How far in advance should we book our corporate event photography?
We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your date, especially during busy periods. However, if your event is coming up soon, get in touch — we’ll always do our best to accommodate last-minute bookings.
Do you cover events outside Manchester?
Yes. While we’re based in Manchester, we regularly work across the North West and further afield throughout the UK. Travel can be arranged depending on your event’s location.
How long does it take to receive the edited event photos?
We deliver a preview edit (25-50 images) the following day and the full set in 3-5 working days. All images are delivered via a secure online gallery, optimised for both print and digital use.

Can we use the photos for marketing, PR and social media?
Absolutely. All final images are supplied in high resolution for print and web-ready formats for digital use. You’ll have full usage rights for your business marketing, PR campaigns and social channels.
How many edited photos will we receive from our event?
For a full day event, you can typically expect between 300 and 500 images. Every photo is individually edited to our high standards.
We prioritise delivering a curated set of impactful shots that offer genuine value for your brand, whilst covering all the key moments and details.
Are you insured to work at our venue?
Yes. We are fully professional and compliant, carrying £10 million in Public Liability Insurance and full Professional Indemnity Insurance.
This meets the requirements for all major UK venues and corporate spaces. We are happy to provide our insurance certificates to your events team or venue manager upon request.
What happens if our photographer is unwell or there’s an emergency?
We have a robust contingency plan in place. We work with a trusted network of professional associate photographers who share our style and quality standards, ensuring your event is covered no matter what.
