Can we upgrade to next-day delivery for our entire project?
Yes. We offer a priority turnaround add-on to receive your full edited gallery either the following morning or within 24 hours, subject to calendar availability.
Do you offer express or same-day edits for press and social media?
Yes. We routinely deliver select same-day or next-morning preview edits during or immediately after your shoot for live PR pushes and social media coverage.
How are our files backed up, stored, and delivered?
During a shoot, all images are recorded simultaneously onto two memory cards to eliminate the risk of data loss or card errors.
Once post-production is complete, your photos are delivered via a private online gallery.
You have full flexibility to download individual files or the complete set in either high-resolution for print or web-optimised formats for digital channels.
How long do you archive our project files?
We archive all final edited images securely on cloud servers for at least 5 years, allowing you to request download link reactivations should your team misplace original files down the line.
How many edited assets will we receive from a typical shoot?
Full-day events usually yield 300 to 500 images, while targeted PR sessions focus on quality over volume with 20 to 50 highly curated, polished shots.
What is your standard turnaround time for final assets?
Preview edits (25 to 50 images) are routinely supplied the following day for press releases and immediate social media use.
Your fully edited gallery is then delivered within 3 to 5 working days via a private, secure download link.
For video projects, final turnaround typically takes between 1 and 14 days, depending on the complexity, duration, and scope of the edit.
