Do you charge extra for travel?
Yes. However, to keep things simple for budgeting, all of our quotes are inclusive of travel and expenses across the UK.
The rate we provide is the final price you pay.
Do you work with small businesses as well as large brands?
Yes, we collaborate with start-ups, SMEs, and established companies across Manchester and the UK, adapting to different budgets and needs.
How do your quotes and pricing models work?
We offer clear, project-based flat rates tailored to your scope, duration, and output requirements, ensuring complete budget clarity before any work begins.
These rates are typically structured around half-day or full-day bookings, with shorter options available for local projects in and around Manchester.
How far in advance do we need to book?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for multi-day conferences or festive season dates.
However, if your project is coming up soon, please get in touch as we frequently accommodate last-minute bookings whenever schedule space allows.
What hours are your team available for shoots?
Alex and the team are available 24/7 for live events, early morning PR stunts, overnight shoots, and weekend campaigns.
While our main office hours for general enquiries are 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday, a shoot can be scheduled at any time day or night to suit the needs of your project.
What is your deposit and payment schedule?
Shoot dates are secured upon payment of a 50% deposit. The remaining balance is then due 15 days after your shoot or event date.
