No. Unless a specialised global commercial campaign requires custom talent licensing, all our standard contracts include permanent usage rights with no hidden renewal fees.
Are you fully insured to work at corporate venues and commercial sites?
Yes. We carry £10 million in Public Liability Insurance alongside Professional Indemnity Insurance.
Can you send your insurance documentation and risk assessments to our venue management?
Yes. We can email our £10m Public Liability and Professional Indemnity certificates directly to your venue manager or safety team prior to the shoot, along with site-specific Risk Assessments & Method Statements (RAMS) upon request.
How do you manage privacy when shooting in busy public spaces?
For public sites or out-of-home advertising, we use long-exposure techniques to blur crowd movement, creating vibrant scenes while protecting personal privacy.
What contingency plans do you have if our photographer is unwell?
We maintain a vetted network of trusted associate photographers who share our high quality standards, ensuring coverage in an emergency.
Who owns the commercial usage rights to the final photos and video?
We provide full, unlimited commercial usage rights as standard on the vast majority of our projects. You can use your assets across web, print, social media, PR, and advertising indefinitely.
